Salmon Bake

Salmon Bake

Ingredients:
1 cup Bisquick® Heart Smart mix or similar
1 cup non fat dairy milk
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
1 Tbsp dried celery flakes
1 tsp diced dried garlic or 4 fresh cloves
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
4 eggs
1 14-ounce can salmon, drained, flaked
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate or 8″x8″ square pan with cooking spray.

Drain the salmon, if a whole pack, discard any skin and bones as desired. (Salmon bones are edible. If using them, be sure to crush them completely. Otherwise pick out.)

In a small bowl, stir baking mix, milk, sour cream, spices and eggs with wire whisk until blended. Gently stir in the salmon and cheese. Pour into pan.

Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Serves 3 to 4.
