Chicken Caesar Pasta

I made this up for a quick dinner the other night. A bit trashy but the flavors are really good and more so, this was a very quick dinner on a week where I cannot seem to catch up.

Serve with a crusty loaf of bread!

Chicken Caesar Pasta

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 13-ounce can chicken breast, drained
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell’s®  Healthy Request Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
1 cup water
1/3 cup Caesar salad dressing (Newman’s Own, lower fat)
2 tbsp drained capers
1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
12-ounces large shell pasta
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Bring to a boil a large pot of water and cook pasta for time on package.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until warmed.
Pour in soup, water, dressing and capers. Heat to a boil. Add tomatoes in, cover and cook over low heat for five minutes. Add black pepper to taste.
