Orange and Banana Shake

Kirk is under the weather so I came up with a shake/smoothie for him full of Vitamin C for him 🙂 The real secrets in this shake is the powdered sugar and meringue powder. Meringue powder is pasteurized egg whites mixed with natural stabilizers, often used in frosting. You can find it often in grocery stores in the baking section or in craft stores. The combo of it and the sugar give it a thick, creamy texture. With bananas stash them in the freezer when you have ripe ones you won’t get to eating so you have them for later!

1/4 cup powdered sugar
