Last night Kirk and I were catching up on an episode of Good Eats and saw the recipe for Praline Bacon. Got to say, this recipe is a winner! Actually just the way of baking the bacon is a winner alone – I will be prepping our bacon like this from now on. Having the grease pool below meant a nicer looking piece of bacon as well as no overly fatty flavor.
