Pumpkin White Chocolate Brownies

These brownies are so simple to make and lie somewhere between a fudgy treat and a brownie. Did I mention easy? And sneaky? Yes…all you need is a bunch of pumpkin and no will be the wiser. I had a box of Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownie mix in the cupboard (left over from a Buy 1, Get 1 Free deal) and played with it.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350° and spray an 8″x” glass baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl stir the brownie mix and pumpkin together until smooth, add in half of the chocolate chips. Spread evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes or so(check at 35 and then every 5 minutes after) until the brownies are done on the outside but not wet in the center. Take out of the oven, spread the remaining half of chips on top and let cool. For best results let cool completely before cutting or refrigerate and then cut, the brownies will get even fudgier and set up nicely.

Makes? Depends on your cutting.
