Sarah’s Croup Bustin’ Strawberry and Yogurt Smoothie

The boys brought home a lovely part 2 of the winter croup and passed it on. So for the past week this was my morning drink. The Vitamin C, the cold and the creaminess, and I feel like I can get going! You might have your favorite, but mine will always be Tillamook yogurt. I’m a Tillamook girl all the way (my Momma was a Cheeser), so yeah, when I am sick, I only want the best! Thankfully the store that is around the corner carries it, and I was able to drag myself out 😉

Strawberry and Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup plain greek or regular yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup

Directions:

Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender (such as a Ninja Blender High Speed Blender), process until smooth.

Note…if your blender isn’t strong, use sliced frozen strawberries instead of the more common whole ones.

Serves 1 massive drink or 2 reasonable sized ones.
