Pull Apart Pizza Bread

Ingredients:

  • Cooking spray or oil
  • 5 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 cup olives, well-drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella (2 cups)
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (16 ounces)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Liberally spray or oil a 1-quart Bundt pan.

Sprinkle ¼ cup of the cheese and 3 Tbsp of the pizza sauce, on the bottom of the pan.

Open the biscuits, separate them, and tear each biscuit into 3 pieces.

Dip half of the biscuits into the melted butter, and put them in the pan.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese, sauce, bell pepper, olives, and Italian seasoning on top.

Dip the remaining biscuit pieces in the butter, add-on top.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until browned on top.

Let cool for 5 minutes, then loosen around the edges. Turn over to remove, onto a platter.

It may be a bit messy, but it is delicious! Send the kids outside to eat 😉
