Applesauce
Ingredients:
- 4 apples (I used Gala)
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
Directions:
Peel the apples, core and chop up. Add the apples to a medium saucepan with the water and bring to a boil. Turn the heat to medium-low, loosely cover and let cook for 20 minutes. Add in the cinnamon and sugar and let cook for another 10 minutes.
Take off the heat and use a potato masher to break up the apples.
Serve warm or chilled.
