Triple Almond Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups original almond milk
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • ½ tsp pure almond extract

Directions:

Add the milk, oats, raisins, maple syrup and cinnamon into a medium saucepan, bring to a boil. Turn to medium-low and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often. Take off the heat and add the almonds and extract, stir in.

Dish up and top with more almonds if desired.

Serves 2.
