Vegan Creamsicle Smoothie

A creamy and cold smoothie featuring So Delicious’s coconut milk and yogurt, bananas and orange juice. Great for hot days but also perfect for a run-down day! Finding the coconut yogurt can be the difficult part, it is worth sourcing it.

Vegan Creamsicle Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 medium ripe banana

6 ounce tub plain coconut yogurt

1 cup orange juice

¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 Tbsp liquid sweetener (agave, golden syrup, etc or honey for non-vegan)

½ tsp pure vanilla extract

8 large ice cubes

Directions:

In a high-speed blender (such as a Vitamix) add everything but the ice, process until the banana is mixed in. Add the ice and run on high until smooth.

Serve immediately.

Serves 2 or 1 jumbo.
