Cherry and Raisin Hemp Oatmeal


  • 2 cups original almond milk
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 15 ounce can dark cherries, well-drained and picked over for any pits
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp hulled hemp seeds


Bring everything but the hemp seeds to a boil in a medium saucepan, turn to medium-low and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often. Stir in the seeds and serve.

Serves 2.
