Cinnamon Roll and Hemp Baked Oatmeal

I am constantly going back to recipes I enjoyed in the past and tweaking them once again. This recipe came from a recipe I was going to use in Oats Gone Wild, but yep, I went back and changed it up again! It is vegetarian, and not vegan, so it hadn’t made the cut. Although one could use vegan “cream cheese” if they wanted, and non-dairy milk. Psstttt! If you haven’t read Oats Gone Wild, you should 😉 You might find your breakfast looking a lot different!
