An easy no-cook pudding. It isn’t thick but is smooth and creamy!
Chocolate Peanut Pudding
- 16 ounce package silken tofu
- 1/3 cup peanut butter or nut butter of choice
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Add everything to a food processor, process until smooth, scraping down a couple of times.
Spoon into dessert dishes and chill for a couple of hours.
Serves 3 to 4.
